Training Key to Hands Free Cum Without Chemical Stimulants

Although “Papa Byk” Silvestrov seems to get the most notoriety from his relentless sexual onslaught on his bodybuilding charges and clients, at the base of this trainings is the very standard Power Muscle-Cock training style (or PMC). PMC has developed over the last 40 years as the baseline of heavily integrated muscle and cock training for naked athletes. One of the initial cornerstone exercises in PMC training is the power press & release.
